Job summary

Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division in Kings Mountain, NC is hiring a Clutch Operator - Night Shift to join our team. The role focuses on assembling clutch components from drawings, operating multiple stations including Co-Bot cells, and upholding safety and quality standards.

You will train new employees, perform quality checks, and participate in Lean initiatives while supporting a culture of continuous improvement. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Relocation/ sponsorship for work visas not offered; only local candidates within 50-mile radius will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble clutch components and sub-assemblies from drawings and work instructions.
• Operate multiple assembly stations, including working around automated and Co-Bot cells.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures and company policies.
• Assist in on-the-job training for new employees.
• Perform quality checks and support Lean initiatives such as 5S, TPM, and RIEs.
• Occasionally work overtime, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance on assigned workstations.
