Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience assembling clutches or automotive assemblies.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Able to stand for up to 9 hours.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation; must reside within 50 miles of Kings Mountain, NC.

Responsibilities

• Assemble clutch components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies from specs and drawings.
• Work safely around automation including fully automated and collaborative cells.
• Direct and train assemblers in your assigned area.
• Assist supervisor with Tier meetings, Engineering Trials, CI events, and related activities.
• Be expert on all assembly stations in your area.
• Plan assembly line flow to meet daily requirements and coordinate changeovers.
