Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Clutch Operator for the Kings Mountain, NC facility on the Afternoon Shift. You will assemble clutch components and sub-assemblies from specifications and assembly instructions, operating multiple stations in a mix of fully automated and Co‑Bot cells while following safety and quality procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing assembly experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT for this position.
• Relocation assistance is not available; only candidates in the immediate geographical area (50-mile radius) will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assemble clutch components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies from specifications and work instructions.
• Operate multiple assembly stations including working around automated and Co‑Bot cells.
• Adhere to safety, quality procedures, and company policies.
• Assist in on‑the‑job training for new employees.
• Perform quality checks and maintain quality/quantity standards.
• Work overtime as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
