St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, Oklahoma, seeks an experienced Clinical Supervisor RN (Nights) to lead nursing operations, coordinate care, and mentor staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires Oklahoma RN licensure, ADN (BSN preferred), BLS, ACLS, and 2+ years in acute care with supervisory experience; duties include overseeing shift coverage, promoting patient-centered care, and guiding a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Current BLS required.
• ACLS required and must be complete prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Two years’ experience in acute care; one year charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• All functions of an acute care RN plus the following.
• Provides leadership for patient-centered care delivery model (e.g., bedside report, hourly rounds).
• Takes a lower acuity assignment as needed while serving as a resource and leader for patient care problems.
• Completes unit patient rounds to evaluate status, communication, and quality of care; supports hourly rounding.

Responsibilities

• Assume shift responsibility and accountability for planning and providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members and direct nursing staff to achieve safe, optimal outcomes.
• Take patient load and oversee day-to-day unit operations.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee and guide employees under supervision, including corrective action and performance reviews.
• Demonstrate professionalism and service-excellence in patient-centered care.
