Universal Health Services, Inc. is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med Surg Night Shift at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, Oklahoma.

This position involves holistic patient care, including assessment, planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. A current Oklahoma RN license is required along with other certifications.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma required.
• Current BLS required.
• ALS required within 3 months of employment.
• Experience preferred.
• NIH Stroke Scale Certified within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Involves patient/family needs in care assessment.
• Constructs and implements care plans.
• Coordinates implementation of interdisciplinary care.
• Develops treatment and discharge plans.
