Job summary

St. Mary\'s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK, part of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Registered Nurse for Psychiatric Behavioral Health on the full-time night shift.

In this role you will care for diverse patient populations and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate care. The RN uses the nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following professional standards to promote dignity and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma required.
• ADN required, BSN preferred.
• Current BLS required; ACLS not specified.
• Must complete pre-employment assessment.
• 1–3 years MH RN experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric nursing care and participate in treatment planning.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team and communicate treatment goals.
• Document progress notes, assessments, and plans per program procedures.
• Ensure patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality; manage discharge planning.
