The role emphasizes leadership, staffing oversight, and delivering safe, patient‑centered care in a 229-bed acute care hospital with strong community ties. Oklahoma RN licensure and ACLS/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure from the State of Oklahoma is required.
• ADN is required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS required and ACLS required before working in clinical setting.
• Two years’ experience in acute care; one year charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership for patient-centered care and unit productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assume shift responsibility for planning and provision of nursing care.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team members to achieve safe outcomes.
• Take a patient load and provide direct and indirect care.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversee staff under supervision and participate in performance reviews.
• Promote patient-centered care and professionalism at all times.
