Job summary

Qualifications
- Pharm.D. or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree required.
- Michigan pharmacist license required.
- Residency training preferred.
- Active licensure and credentialing per state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care per professional and departmental standards.
- Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and interns as assigned.
- Participate in medication management activities supporting Corewell Health goals.
- Ensure safe, effective, and cost-conscious pharmacotherapy and document outcomes.
- Provide patient education related to medications and therapies.
- Collaborate with health care professionals to optimize therapy and reduce waste.
- Contribute to quality and safety programs and committees.
- Assist in planning, organization, and implementation of new programs.
