The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Missouri (or a compact license) and has 3–5 years hospital nursing experience. Education options include ADN, Nursing Diploma, or BSN, with BLS certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: ADN, Nursing Diploma, BSN.
• Licensure: Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or possess compact licensure.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice.
• Clinical supervision responsibilities during the night shift and coordination of patient care.
