Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the listed degrees.
• Valid RN licensure in Missouri or compact licensure.
• 3–5 years hospital nursing experience; BLS certification required or within 30 days.

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with standards.
• Utilize theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice.
• Provide clinical supervision during Full‑Time Night shift and support team.
