Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Supervisor for weekends. This full-time role (36 hours/week) covers day shifts and includes leadership duties in patient care and department operations.

Eligible candidates hold an MO RN license or compact licensure, 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience, and BLS certification. BSN is preferred; additional licensure or certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following: ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Current MO RN license or compact licensure per state regulations.
• 3–5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Operate as staff nurse in the department as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Adhere to Mercy mission, values and service standards.
