Qualifications

• National certification in nursing administration preferred upon hire.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Works with the nurse manager to lead a unit or service and mentor staff.
• Promotes recruitment and retention and collaborates on staffing and performance reviews.
• Leads delivery of care with a focus on quality, safety, and patient outcomes.
• Supports governance, shared decision-making, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manages resources and fosters teamwork among physicians, staff, patients and departments.
