Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity and preferences.
• Coordinate care with patients and families using clear communication and interprofessional rounds.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support shared governance.
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor to other nurses and students to ensure a skilled workforce.
