Job summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) in the Progressive Care Unit at Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant delivers high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all unit functions. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors nursing care and supports staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, assist with admissions and discharges, provide coaching and training, and help with staff scheduling

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree nursing program.
• Current Texas RN license or Active Multi-State RN Compact License; Compact license holders must obtain Texas RN license within 60 days.
• Minimum of two years healthcare experience.
• BSN and 3+ years healthcare experience preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
