Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a part-time clinical laboratory professional for the Liberty Lab campus. The role involves night shifts (four 12-hour shifts per pay period, 7:00pm–7:30am) and requires competency in running a variety of laboratory tests and QC procedures while maintaining safe, accurate workflows.

The position emphasizes collaboration with teams, ongoing professional development, and adherence to core standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or biological science or Associate's degree in related science.
• 0+ years of experience.
• Preferred: Certified MLS or MLT through national certifying agency

Responsibilities

• Departmental Support - Conduct, direct or assist in special projects, evaluations, experiments or research.
• Technical Skills and Knowledge - Perform and report Quality Control Procedures; operate instruments and perform calibrations.
• Customer Service - Maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and key stakeholders.
• Professional Development - Maintain currency in the field through continuing education and training.
