Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Lab Associate I for Cincinnati, OH. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM with rotating weekends.

The role includes night and weekend shift differentials and potential performance bonus eligibility. Responsibilities include sample preparation, labeling, handling, and transportation of specimens, assistance to licensed personnel, equipment prep, and maintaining accurate reagent records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Some College courses preferred (2–3 years).
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and organizes samples for testing, including racking, aliquoting and tube preparation.
• Labels, handles, processes, transports and stores specimens.
• Identifies sample problems and helps resolve them.
• Prepares testing equipment and assists with maintenance and documentation.
• Supports licensed personnel in pre-analytic and analytic activities as needed.
• Maintains records of reagents and inventory; orders supplies as required.
