Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex laboratory procedures timely in the LIS, including testing and reporting.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, ensure quality control, and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to laws and regulations; protect patient information and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external customers and adapt to diverse cultural differences.
• Participate in process improvement, quality assurance, and department meetings.
