• 2+ years in a role with progressively increasing responsibilities (lead technologist/technical specialist).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure quality standards and compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA.
• Direct day-to-day lab operations during off-shift under Director of Laboratory Operations.
• Monitor testing procedures, proficiency testing, and quality control activities.
• Manage staffing, training, competency evaluation, and educational development.
• Control expenses and ensure supplies and equipment are appropriately ordered.
• Ensure patient results are reported only after corrective actions and system validation.
