Qualifications

• Demonstrated intermediate project management skills.
• Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests and analyses according to SOPs.
• Maintain and review quality control procedures.
• Identify problems, determine solutions, and take action to maintain quality.
• Demonstrate competency in laboratory tasks and lead daily activities.
• Participate in research, validation, and implementation of procedures/technologies.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff and provide feedback to colleagues.
