Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS/HeartSaver First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Prior patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist direct patient care and comfort under RN supervision.
• Support activities of daily living and bed-making for assigned patients.
• Transport patients and specimens per hospital policy.
• Perform glucose monitoring, urine and stool tests as directed by policy.
• Assist with phlebotomy and vital signs documentation.
• Provide respiratory support and nutrition-related guidance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report equipment issues promptly.
