Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of chiller experience.
• Mechanical Journeyman’s License.
• Ability to read blueprints or engineering specifications.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain chillers (centrifugal, screw, absorption).
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on chillers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller issues; follow blueprints or specs.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand/power tools and rigging equipment.
• Conduct performance tests and adjustments on chillers.
• Keep accurate maintenance/repair records (parts, labor, work).
• Collaborate with team and contractors for timely completion.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.
