Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Mechanical Journeyman’s License preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of chiller experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of chiller operation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience reading blueprints or engineering specs.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain chillers (centrifugal, screw, absorption).
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections for optimum performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, implement fixes.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand/power tools and rigging equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, parts, labor and work performed.
• Collaborate with teammates and contractors to complete projects on time.
• Comply with safety protocols and company policies.
• Provide professional customer service and address concerns.
