Job summary

Schreiber Foods in Mount Vernon, MO is seeking a Machine Operator for 8-hour shifts with a $2.00 night differential and a Monday–Friday schedule from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. You will set up and operate cheese production equipment, perform quality checks, and adhere to strict safety and GMP guidelines to ensure product quality for major customers.

The role requires the ability to work in a cold or wet environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain good attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write English.
• Stand up to 12 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a machine producing cheese for restaurants and retailers.
• Monitor equipment and perform quality checks to meet customer requirements.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE to maintain food safety and personal safety.
