Job summary
Schreiber Foods Inc. in Smithfield, UT is seeking a Knockdown team member to support continuous cheese production. You’ll supply product to lines, open blocks, inspect quality, operate equipment, and assist with sanitation and line changeovers.
Working nights, you will follow GMPs, safety rules, and production schedules, maintain data records, and collaborate with team to meet quality and efficiency goals. Eligible partners receive ESOP, bonus pay, PTO and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Ability to follow written procedures, safety requirements, and production schedules.
- Basic math and reading skills to calculate usage and complete documentation accurately.
- Strong attention to detail related to food safety, quality, and sanitation.
Responsibilities
- Supply production lines with sufficient cheese to meet customer requirements.
- Open cheese blocks, remove packaging, inspect quality, and prepare product for processing.
- Operate equipment and assist with line support activities and cleanup.
- Read production schedules, usage forms, and customer requirements to calculate material needs.
- Maintain GMPs, CCPs/PCPs, and record data in required systems.
