Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing is required.
• BSN preferred; master’s degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing activities and workflow on the unit.
• Provide direct patient care and oversee care provided by nursing staff.
• Assign patients based on acuity and staff competencies.
• Mentor and support nursing staff; ensure policy compliance.
