Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN in the State of Oklahoma.
• ASN in Nursing required; BSN within two years preferred.
• BLS certification upon accepting PCN role.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Assists with standards of care and coordinates with supervisors as needed.
• Safely assigns caregiver tasks and ensures escalation when necessary.
• Facilitates unit performance improvements under leadership guidance.
• Supervises and coordinates care for licensed and non-licensed staff on assigned shift.
• Primary contact for medical staff during the shift; rounds when needed.
• Manages patient assignments and unit workflow; supports patient throughput.
