Job summary

Vibra Healthcare is seeking an RN Charge Nurse for the night shift to supervise clinical operations and coordinate nursing care on the unit.

The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, while ensuring adherence to hospital and professional standards. It requires a current RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months, plus at least 1 year of medical/surgical hospital experience.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• ACLS certification required within six (6) months of hire.
• Minimum one (1) year of medical/surgical hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care delivery using the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.
• Supervise and delegate nursing care on the unit during the shift.
• Lead and support nursing staff and ancillary personnel to meet standards of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team reviews and education planning for assigned patients.
