Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care on the night shift, using the nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate patient care. This role provides direct care, supervises nursing staff, and ensures compliance with the Nurse Practice Act while supporting patient and family education and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Required: current RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and 1 year of medical/surgical hospital experience; acute care

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from an approved vendor required.
• Current ACLS certification from an approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire.
• One (1) year of medical/surgical hospital experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care using the nursing process for assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of the patient.
• Provide direct care along with delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
• Coordinate nursing unit activities related to patient care.
• Participate in patient and family education as needed.
• Provide leadership and clinical guidance by supporting the nursing staff and other ancillary personnel.
• Participate in interdisciplinary review to inform the plan of care and education for assigned patients.
