Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation) for individual patients.
• Provide direct care and supervise/delegate nursing care per Nurse Practice Act.
• Coordinate nursing unit activities related to patient care and education.
• Participate in interdisciplinary review and update care and education plans for assigned patients.
