Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care using the nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) for the unit.
• Provide leadership and supervision of nursing staff during the shift.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and education planning for patients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain professional standards.
