CHP Health in Monterey County Jail is seeking an RN Supervisor/Charge/Nurse Manager to provide direct clinical nursing overnight and oversee nursing care from 6pm to 6am, Sunday through Wednesday. The role reports to the Health Services Administrator and Director of Nursing.

Must hold an active RN license in the employment state with CPR certification and bring 3-5 years of clinical experience, ideally in correctional healthcare.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an RN license in the state of employment and CPR certification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical healthcare experience; correctional care preferred.
• Overnight supervision and nursing management experience desired.

Aufgaben

• Provide overnight nursing care under the supervision of the HSA and DON.
• Lead nursing staff including LPNs, CNAs/MAs, EMTs, and RNs.
• Utilize EHR systems with minimal supervision and assist with staff training.
• Coordinate delivery of nursing services and patient care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies with CPR as needed.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, and company policies.
