Job summary

NaphCare is seeking a Night shift RN Supervisor to oversee nursing services at the Hillsborough County Jail in Tampa, FL. The role combines clinical leadership with staff training to ensure compliant, high-quality care for incarcerated individuals.

The RN Supervisor will conduct rounds, manage patient data, and lead ongoing training initiatives while collaborating with jail medical and security teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license required.
• AHA BLS CPR certification required.
• Experience as an RN in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and training delivery skills required.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple training activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the nursing service program within the facility.
• Conduct daily clinical rounds and document patient data.
• Lead patient assessments, triage, and procedures as needed.
• Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for staff.
• Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of clinical services.
• Provide orientation and training to clinical personnel.
