Job summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily nursing operations and support quality patient care
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to nursing staff
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and performance management
- Support quality assurance, infection control, audits and performance improvement
- Coordinate patient care services and act as resource for nursing and interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct patient care and administrative support to ensure operational excellence
