Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Charge RN for the Northern Regional Jail & Correctional Center in Moundsville, WV. You will oversee nursing operations, support staff development, and ensure high standards of patient care across the facility.

The role requires an RN license, CPR certification, and 2–3 years of clinical experience with supervisory experience preferred. Night shift, 3/12s, with weekend rotation; comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing operations and support quality patient care
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to nursing staff
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and performance management
• Support quality assurance, infection control, audits and performance improvement
• Coordinate patient care services and act as resource for nursing and interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver direct patient care and administrative support to ensure operational excellence
