Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Charge RN for the Night shift (3/12's, 7:00p-7:30a) at Northern Regional Jail & Correctional Center in Moundsville, WV. You will lead the nursing team, oversee daily operations, and ensure high standards of patient care in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Current, unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
Two to three years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervising daily nursing operations and supporting the delivery of quality patient care.
Providing leadership, training, and guidance to nursing staff while promoting policy compliance.
Assisting with staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and performance management activities.
Supporting quality assurance, infection control, audits, and performance improvement initiatives.
Coordinating patient care services and serving as a resource for nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
Providing direct patient care and administrative support as needed to ensure operational excellence.
