Qualifications

• Knowledge of English language to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of public health services available to the community.
• Knowledge of record keeping and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, assist with activities of daily living and hygiene.
• Chart observations and report changes in patient condition.
• Escort patients and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Order, receive and store supplies and perform basic clerical tasks.
• Support outreach services and follow-up activities as assigned.
