Job summary

State of Oklahoma – Clinton Veterans Home is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for part-time/PRN night shifts. This role provides direct and indirect patient care under nursing supervision, including vital signs, ADLs, and basic nursing tasks in a clinic, hospital, or home setting.

The position requires one year of patient care experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work night shifts with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in providing patient care is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct nursing tasks including vital signs and activities of daily living.
• Charts observations and reports pertinent changes to supervisors.
• Escorts patients and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Orders, receives and stores supplies and performs basic clerical functions.
• Participates in follow-up activities and scheduling of appointments.
