Qualifications

• One year of patient care experience

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and assist with activities of daily living
• Chart observations and report changes in patient condition
• Escort patients to destinations and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Order, receive and store supplies and perform basic clerical tasks
