Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and assist with daily living activities.
• Chart patient observations and report changes to supervisors.
• Escort patients and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Order, receive and store supplies; perform basic clerical tasks.
• Participate in follow-up activities and coordinate appointments.
