Job summary

Senior Lifestyle seeks a Certified Medication Aide in Holland, MI for overnight shifts (11PM-7AM). You will supervise self-administered meds, coordinate with nursing staff, and ensure MAR/TAR compliance while delivering ADL support and basic nursing care.

Responsibilities include medication handling, documentation, and participation in staff training, with access to benefits and a vaccination program. Strong teamwork and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ month experience preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification per state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supervise self-administered medications per regulations and MAR/TAR.
• Count and sign narcotics with staff before medication keys.
• Order medications from pharmacy when stock is low.
• Notify supervisor when supply is low or missing medications.
• Document in daily logs and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Provide personal and nursing care including ADLs and vital signs.
