Senior Lifestyle in Holland, MI is seeking a CNA/MA/Care Associate for the 11PM-7AM shift in Assisted Living. You will assist residents with daily activities, follow care plans, and document care routines to ensure dignity and safety.

Qualified applicants have at least one year in senior care, good English communication, and may need a CNA/CHHA license depending on state; basic computer skills and a compassionate attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Able to communicate in English with residents and staff.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Strong teamwork and multitasking in a care setting.
• Compassionate, professional and empathetic.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort services).
• Follow the schedule of resident needs set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily logs of assistance.
• Inform supervisor of resident issues or concerns.
• Respect independence, dignity and confidentiality of residents.
