Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a dedicated CNA/MA/Care Associate for our Assisted Living program in Holland, MI. You will assist residents with ADLs, provide emotional support, and document daily care in a team-focused environment.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of senior care experience, English proficiency, and may require CNA/CHHA license depending on state. We offer comprehensive benefits and DailyPay options.

Qualificações

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Proficiency in English to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required depending on state.
• Basic computer skills for daily documentation.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging and empathetic demeanor.
• Able to work in a team and handle multiple tasks safely.
• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Ability to solve practical problems in high-stress situations.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward residents and coworkers.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including reminders for medications, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services.
• Follow the scheduled needs set by the supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support to residents.
• Document daily care logs and activities.
• Inform supervisor of any issues or concerns.
• Respect and encourage residents’ independence and dignity.
