Job summary

All-Guard Alarm Systems in Livermore, CA is seeking a Central Station Dispatcher for graveyard shift (10:00 pm – 06:30 am) on a part‑time basis. The role is the initial contact for dispatching emergency and non‑emergency resources and involves managing incident information flow.

The dispatcher will enter and monitor incidents in DICE/Immix by SureView or Frontel, communicate with subscribers and agencies, and support the Central Station team under supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to function as an effective team member.
• Knowledge and ability to utilize 24‑hour time format.
• Ability to work day, swing, graveyard, and rotating shifts, holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive information from multiple sources requiring dispatch of emergency and/or non‑emergency resources.
• Process alarm conditions per departmental policy.
• Enter, update, and monitor the status of incidents via DICE, Immix by SureView or Frontel.
• Communicate necessary information to subscribers, emergency agencies, responsible persons, and alarm companies using approved script.
• Input basic, uncomplicated accounts into DICE and update data.
• Maintain filing or scanning of account paperwork.
• Represent All‑Guard/Grand Central Station professionally in interactions.
