Job summary

All-Guard Alarm Systems in Livermore, CA seeks a part-time Central Station Dispatcher for the swing shift (1:30 pm – 10:00 pm). The role is the first point of contact for dispatching emergency and non-emergency resources and managing incident information flow.

Responsibilities

• Receive information from multiple sources requiring dispatch of emergency and/or non-emergency resources.
• Process alarm conditions as received, prioritizing highest priority alarms.
• Enter, update, and monitor the status of incidents via DICE, Immix by SureView or Frontel.
• Communicate necessary information to subscribers, emergency agencies, responsible parties, and alarm companies.
• Input a basic account into DICE.
• Interpret verbal and written instructions to create new accounts and input data.
• Understand all functions of DICE alarm monitoring software and related tasks.
• Maintain filing or scanning of account paperwork.
• Use phone equipment professionally and transfer calls as needed.
• Assist subscribers with basic technical questions using DICE/Tech Help.
