Waste Management in Indiana is seeking a driver to operate a heavy-duty truck, loading and transporting intermodal containers from the rail facility to the landfill. The role requires careful backing, adherence to safety rules, and the ability to work at night on Sundays through Thursdays.

Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, reporting issues, and coordination with facility staff. Training is provided and benefits cover medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Formación

• 1 year of experience operating a truck or military driving within the last 7 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located.
• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports.
• Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical.

Responsabilidades

• Operates vehicle in accordance with WM Safety and Life Critical Rules and all laws.
• Loads, unloads, and secures intermodal containers to ensure safe transport.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and documents checks on DVIR.
