Job summary

Waste Management in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a CDL driver to operate commercial vehicles on assigned routes Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays, starting early morning. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, document DVIRs, and follow safety and DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with an air-brake endorsement required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to read, write, and speak English well to interact with the public and complete reports.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle on assigned routes following WM Safety and DOT rules.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document DVIRs.
• Report unsafe situations, incidents, and service issues to Operations Manager or Dispatch.
• Attend required training and work with Dispatch to improve route efficiencies.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and checks; assist other drivers as needed.
