Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for the NOC shift to support residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility. The role requires following care plans, documenting changes, and ensuring safety and dignity in a respectful, team-based environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with mealtimes, transport, activities, and regular safety checks, while maintaining high standards of service and clinical adherence.

Qualifications

• Must read and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Nurses Aid preferred.
• Current first aid certification and background clearances as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Follow care plans to ensure proper care and safety of residents.
• Perform safety checks and respond to resident alerts promptly.
• Document information accurately and communicate changes to supervisor.
• Assist with mealtime service, transportation, and daily housekeeping tasks.
• Support residents in meaningful activities and maintain resident dignity and privacy.
