MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for part-time shifts on Sundays and Mondays in California. You will assist residents with daily living activities, deliver compassionate care, and support wellness programs in a safe, dignified environment.

The role requires HS diploma or GED, and certifications such as First Aid/CPR and Nursing Aide are preferred. State guidelines may require Medication Management certification. Join a team that values growth, training, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred; CPR/First Aid often required.
• Medication Management Certification preferred where state requires.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mealtime assistance.
• Provide safe, compassionate care and support residents’ social and emotional well-being.
• Perform safety checks, monitor conditions, report changes per ISP and policies.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and transporting residents to meals and activities.
• Support residents in wellness programs and daily routines with respect for privacy and dignity.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry duties for residents and community as assigned.
• Manage equipment like oxygen tanks per physician instructions and state regulations.
• respond promptly to emergencies and maintain a safe environment; follow HIPAA and regulatory requirements.
