Job summary

• Experience in healthcare or in‑home care (min 1 year).
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients
• Assist with mobility and ambulation
• Plan and prepare meals
• Assist with physical therapy exercises
• Complete shopping or accompany clients to appointments
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Report unusual incidents and respond to emergencies
• Support daily living activities including meals and related tasks
