Job summary

Hireology is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA in Auburn Hills, MI to join a growing team. Provide personal hygiene support, medication assistance, and mobility help to clients in a one-on-one setting. Flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, are available.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent and/or CNA/HHA certification, with 1+ year of care experience. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Compassionate caregiver/CNA with a can-do attitude.
• Experience providing personal hygiene and daily living assistance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Willingness to work different shifts including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly or recovering clients.
• Assist with medications and ambulation.
• Support mobility around home or appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals as needed.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and activities.
• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform housekeeping and daily living tasks.
• Report incidents and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Assist with meals and related tasks as required.
