Willowbrook Hills in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a compassionate caregiver/CNA to join a small, client-focused team. The role offers part-time hours with flexible scheduling to support clients with daily living activities and targeted care.

You will provide personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, meal prep, basic housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments, while reporting changes to the care plan. Prior caregiving experience is preferred; a valid driver's license is desirable.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and continuously learning new skills.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Demonstrates compassion and supportive care attitude.
• Able to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Minimum of 1 year healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care experience.
• Commitment to health and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support clients with prescribed medications and ambulation.
• Aid mobility around the home and to appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Assist with physical therapy exercises.
• Run errands and complete shopping with/for clients.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a safe environment.
• Report incidents and respond quickly in emergencies.
